Our team relies on its proven track record and depth of experience to accelerate sustainable growth, increase investor confidence and maximize social return. We provide our growing portfolio with advisory support and back-end infrastructure development with a focus on key growth areas, including: capital access, strategy, technology, brand, operations, and talent.
OUR IMPACT
In South Florida alone, its portfolio ventures have served over 55,000 innovators, facilitated over 5000 hours of 1:1 training and established partnerships with over 1000 organizations.
Our Ethos
Intentional design begins with trust, transparency and belonging in mind. Effective solutions to systemic challenges in doesn't just appear out of thin aīre. That is why we take time to understand various perspectives through storytelling, uncover hidden narratives, and build relationships grounded in integrity.
Centering the lived experience. Too often, institutional perspectives overshadow individual voices of target population served. When we elevate lived experiences as a primary source of expertise, particularly of those most marginalized groups, we create a more connected, inclusive and accessible community and opportunity pipelines.
Support local leaders and groups to build cohesively and collaboratively. Ecosystems strategies that reinforce existing efforts instead of replacing them yield a more collaborative community. That’s why we value solutions that activate local assets and talent.
Develop resource and social infrastructure that adapts to serve individual needs. We use the Innovation Currency™ indicators to measure six (6) forms of personal capital, which allows us to identify priorities that are responsive to the needs of individuals and the community consituents as a whole.
Everyone is accountable: we openly share data insights at both micro (organizational) and macro (ecosystem) levels to help establish a baseline for improving inclusive experiences and equitable outcomes.
WHERE WE WORK
While we are based in South Florida, but the reach of our portfolio is national. We are eager to put our learnings to work alongside other leaders and communities to cultivate similar impact in other cities nationally and around the world.
